Shipping & Delivery

 

We believe when you order an item you are excited about it and ready to wear it and add it to your collection.  Our Shipping and Delivery Policy is to process your order within 1 to 2 business days of all items in stock and to deliver it within 3 to 5 business days after leaving our distribution center.  Special Order items will take an additional 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your home.

​We  are committed to offering $6.95 flat rate shipping for all jewelry packages.  Other rates will apply for handbags and other accessories.





Easy Returns

If you're not estatic with your Jessica Renea purchase, you can return your item(s) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. We are happy to provide you with a cash refund  or store credit within 30 days.  Simply contact your Jessica Renea Fashion Stylist to start your return process. 

 

A few things to remember:

 

  • Items for return must be in its original condition with all packaging and original receipt included.  Sale, Clearance, and Hostess items are a final sale.

  • Notify Jessica Renea Customer Support within 14 days of placing your order with a Fashion Stylist,  if an item is missing upon receipt.

  • If there is a manufacturer defect and the item breaks prior to you wearing it.  Contact Jessica Renea Customer Support or your Fashion Stylist within 5 days of receiving to be eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement item of equal value.  On refunds due to a manufacturer defect, the customer will receive a $6.95 store credit to use toward your next purchase to cover your shipping and handling on your returned item. Shipping on your original order will not be refunded. We will process your refund after verifying information with the Fashion Stylist and/or when we receive the items returning.  Your refund should appear in your account within 8 to 10 business days depending on the bank issuing procedures.  On exchanges you will receive free Shipping and handling for your replacement item due to a defect on your original item.

    • Manufacturer Defects shall include:

      • Chain links not closed properly

      • Broken clasp or non operational

      • Necklace length extremely shorter or longer than described

  • An item purchased off the Stylist Display Table at a Home Party is a final sale.  The return policy doesn't apply to the items purchased.

  • To Return an item to Jessica Renea:

    • Give your item to a Fashion Stylist in the same shipping box that you received it in and include a copy of the receipt. The Stylist will handle the rest from there.

 

 

 




Tracking Your Order

 

Each item shipped from Jessica Renea will have tracking once it leaves our Distribution Center until it arrives at your home or place of business.  You can contact your Fashion Stylist if your item hasn't reached your home by the aforementioned timeframe. The Stylist will contact the Distribution Center and provide you with details on your order and an expected arrival time.
